Lieberman’s 25-year career selling real estate in Miami Beach
and Miami can best be measured in square feet. Whether it’s
unloading the 18,000-square-foot waterfront North Bay Road
mansion featured in wrestling legend Hulk Hogan’s reality show
Hogan Knows Best, or selling out such condominiums and
condo-hotels as Royal South Beach, the Brooklyn and Montclair
Lofts, Lieberman and her teams have led sales locally for years.
In 1999, she opened South
Beach Investment Realty, more commonly known as SBI Realty, in
Miami Beach, specializing in condominiums, waterfront homes,
condo-hotels, luxury homes and real estate investments.
Lieberman has personally sold about 250 housing units and,
despite the sagging real estate market, her company still
maintains four offices in Miami Beach and Miami featuring homes
in the $10 million, 14,000-square-foot range.
Still, selling
isn’t her only passion. She is deeply committed to the Jewish
community and local arts scene. She donates her time at Aventura
Turnberry Jewish Center, the Michael-Ann Russell Jewish
Community Center in North Miami Beach and the Greater Miami
Jewish Federation. Lieberman is an avid supporter of the Museum
of Contemporary Art and a yearly sponsor of the “Pop” event
series. Plus, she created “Art on Biscayne,” a monthly series of
art showcases for local and up-and-coming artists.
