Did you know??
Cindy Crawford keeps her multi-million dollar skin moisturized with spritzes of equal parts of milk and water that she refreshes with
throughout the day.
Jennifer Love Hewitt heals blemishes by applying a dab of toothpaste to the spot overnight.
Daisy Fuentes has a quick weight loss trick of
drinking one liter of chamomile tea and one liter of water daily-- the combination accelerates fat burning.
Diana Ross stays in shape by doing her own housework! “Cleaning is
a tremendous stress reliever and keeps my body taut,” says Miss Ross.
Catherine Zeta-Jones keeps the high luster in her hair with castor oil and maintains her gleaming smile
by brushing her teeth with strawberries-- a natural teeth whitener.
Supermodel Giselle Bundchen stays shapely by pouring hot stuff on her food for a natural thermogenic burn.
Nicole Kidman rinses her fiery red hair with cranberry juice.
Jennifer Aniston lines her eyes with a matchstick.
Julia Roberts keeps her nails in
top condition by soaking them in olive oil.
Donna Karan does a quick slim down by blending cabbage, apple, parsley, carrots, and celery in a juicer and drinking it for a day
or two.
Susan Lucci observes a Portuguese diet staple-- she snacks on sardines because their omega-3 fatty acids are essential for smooth skin.
Britney Spears uses almond oil to keep her hair silky and split-end free.
Molly Sims conditions her unwashed hair with mashed avocados.
Drew Barrymore perks up her lashes by running a spoon under them and holding it against her lids for a few seconds.
Naomi Campbell and Heide Klum both use Jello (raspberry for Naomi and cherry for Heide) to get long-lasting lip color… just wipe it on your
lips and it works as an all-day lip stain.
Many secrets are found in unexpected places -- like the key ingredients to these beauty secrets, for example, which are hidden in places like the kitchen
and laundry room...
• Homemade Face Peel
Make yourself a fantastic face peel from oranges. “An orange peel will restore skin tone and even out sunburn,” Irons
explains. Whip one up by combining a peeled, chopped orange with two tablespoons of coarse sea salt, then, massage the mixture on dry skin and let it sit for five minutes before rinsing.
• A Smashing Exfoliator
An apple a day wipes dry skin away. “Chop and mash up an apple, then stir it in a cup of sugar,” Irons says. Then, when
showering or bathing, she adds, use it as an exfoliant, rubbing the mixture on your body, and concentrating on dry areas like elbows and heels.
• Frizz Be Gone
Tame static and frizzies with fabric softener. “A fabric softener sheet will get rid of frizzy hair and fix a wrinkled skirt,”
Irons says. She recommends carrying one in your purse at all times, and when needed, run it down your hair or skirt for a smooth, flattened feel.
• A Quick-Fix, Skin-Saving Secret
If you’ve got a blemish -- and you have graduation pictures the next day -- Irons recommends you dab it with a
small amount of solid deodorant, and she says, it will dry it up overnight.
