It’s 1:30 p.m. on a
Wednesday, and you’re wondering where you want to eat lunch this
time. You had McDonald’s yesterday, Italian the day before that, and
you ate Snickers bars all last week. Sounds like it’s time to let
your tongue experience the vibrant and vivid flavors of Fuji Hana.
In a restaurant
where tranquil and peaceful eating is key, you can come to explore
the unique tastes of Thai and Japanese cuisine. If you come during
lunch hours you are sure to get more food for your buck as the price
for a meal ranges from $8.95 to $9.95. During dinner hours entrées
start at $11.95.
Popular meals at
this restaurant include traditional Japanese sushi shrimp rolls such
as Shrimp Tempura, or the classic Salmon Roll, along with various
soups from miso and chicken, to crab and spinach, or pork. As for
the entrées, expect a reasonable number of curry options — red,
green or massaman, which includes
coconut milk, roasted peanuts, potatoes, bay leaves, cardamom pods,
cinnamon, palm sugar, fish sauce and your choice of meat. Curry is a
healthy choice that includes vegetables and is cooked using very
little oil.
Besides curry Fuji Hana serves teriyaki, tempura or katsu dinners.
Finish your meal with the restaurant’s decadent thai doughnuts, deep
fried and served with condensed milk.
Fuji Hana is open
