Geller, North Bay Village Many small cities and communities have suffered from overdevelopment, high taxation and fees, congestion, inappropriate development and other quality-of-life challenges. Now in his second term, Geller is tremendously popular in North Bay Village and is respected countywide for his dedication to South Florida residents.
